In my role as the Marketing and Communications Coordinator at the Royal New Zealand Ballet, I combined bespoke strategy with finely tuned execution techniques, and spearheaded an increase in social media activities, gaining 14,000 followers across social platforms, over 22 million views, increasing reach by 443%, creating multiple viral videos, and working on the marketing team behind The Ryman Healthcare Season of The Nutcracker - the Royal New Zealand Ballet's most successful tour in their history.
My core goal at the ballet was to create and foster collaborations with local businesses and celebrate key sponsors, and I am so proud to say I achieved this goal more that I could have possibly imagined, building relationships with making content with Zealandia, Department of Conservation, Hello Period, Giapo Ice Cream, Strand Bags, fashion designers, restaurants, patisseries and more, all out of a desire to work differently, creatively, and to approach marketing from an alternative angle.
I also coordinated in house videography, manage content creation, influencer campaigns, EDM campaigns, OOH printing, digital marketing, website management, content and campaign planning, and all day-to-day marketing activities.
